I don't know if it's a "trade" publication or not but...

If you can find it Food Illustrated from Waitrose (England)
really exceptional
William Sonoma has a new one
Foodie is a new one too....(not as good)
I like Food Art...
I also like getting Fancy Food Catalog to see what's coming down the pike.

Art Culinaire is a good one but my favorite by far and I could not find a web site for it (also true that I haven't gotten a new one in years due to the cost ) is "Konditerai und Cafe" it is I believe a Swiss magazine.

Yes, Art Culinaire is great. Chrose, what about that Swiss magazine? Do you subscribe to it? Where can you buy it?

No Smile

Although not a trade magazine, I found that while in the United Kingdom, my favorite food magazine was, "BBC Good Food Magazine". Exceptional color photos and exquisite recipes, from the East as well s the West I did receive it at my residence after our tour. If you can handle the postage, they will send it to you here. Let me know. I have the address.

Thumbs up

Food Arts is a great read. Always good, hard facts on what is happening on the food scene... including recipes, decor, table-top, wines. Great photography adds to the experience.

Ditto on Food Arts, it's one of two mags I actually try to read through. The other is the Culinay Review, the mag of the American Culinary Federation.
