-potato salad with wilted leeks, green olives (pincholine) olive oil, and champagne vinegar
-Israeli couscous with tomato, red, yellow,& gr. pepper, fresh herbs and a lemon vinaigrette.
-grilled chicken with rice noodles,romaine, fresh basil & mint, cucumber, and a spicy peanut vinaigrette
-bitter greens (frissee & endive) dressed in an orange vinaigrette with shaved fennel, beets, and blue cheese

Potato de Pompadori, potatoes tomatoes,black olives, red onions, massive amounts of garlic,& fresh herbs olive oil and cider vinager

Montreal Smoked Meat with tri coulor pasta, diced dill pickles,red onion, peppers, and cheddar

Tri colour pasta with Genoa Salami, tomato black olives, smoked greyure or havarti in garlic herb dressing

Fennel julienne with sliced button mushroom, gratted romano cheese, garlic, minced shallots lemon juice & zest, & Extra virgin olive oil

Broccoli with pineapple in a Tia curried vinagrettte with toasted seame seeds

Cauliflower with sundried tomato in a cider vinagrette,

Red Cabbage with apples walnuts & rasins in a fresh made mayo

Tomato basil and goat cheese wth basil in a balsamic vinaigrette

Broccoli with bacon rasins toasted pine nuts in a sour cream based dressing

Cauliflower with artichoke hearts,sliced mushrooms, yellow & green beans tri colour julienne peppers in a tarragon vinaigrette
