Wink Contracts & Legal forms for Personal Chefs

I need help with legal forms and contracts related to the personal chef business

Where can I get model forms?

Some office supply store may carry basic legal forms. There is, however, a legal self help organization in Berkeley, California, that publishes easy to read books and forms for the do it yourself legal eagle. Their name is NOLO PRESS. Contact them; they can definitely help you.
