Whew 2008 is almost a memory, calendars are flipping onto 2009......
Thank you all for being apart of Cheftalk Catering Threads.
Cheftalk has been one of the best things to happen for me and I'm sure many others.....it comes down to "finding your own people"...what a relief to be able to ask questions, work out logistics, bounce ideas off others that have done the same thing or something similar. It sure cuts the learning curve down considerably.
