Post CIA: As good as they claim?

Since this forum seems to have more established people in the industry, perhaps you can answer this question. Is the CIA as good as they claim it is?

Yes,Yes and ummmm, yes.
Really though any school is only a starting point for a person to grow to their own limits. Those limits are self imposed by effort, ability, creativity and enjoyment of one's chosen livlyhood. I graduated with some people I wouldn't hire yet we all have the same "piece of paper". The "paper" might help open a door but the "person" has to go on through it.

Strange--the same could be said for the teacher crop I graduated with! And as well for several student teachers I've had to deal with over the years.
