| I know I am late, but Gray will be at Macys this Monday February 28 doing a cooking class, maybe you can track him down there.Macys department store is in New York city.Gray is also very close to agreeing on adeal on his new restaurant, in the meat packing area in lower Manhattan. Call Macys and leave a message for Gray, or show up at Macys,GOOD LUCK... |

| I had the pleasure of working with Gray Kunz last Sunday. He is close to signing a deal for his new restaurant, but it still might take several months. He put together one excellent menu for Macy's last week, and I cant wait till he opens his doors. |

| The last I heard was that he was getting ready to open a restaurant of his own somewhere upstate NY, not too far from NYC. |
