Default Restaurant Supply in Minneapolis?

I am going to be in the Minneapolis area over the holidays and am responsible for cooking ALL the meals Does anyone know of a Local Restaurant Supplier for Meat, Produce, and/or Dry Goods? Someone that does cash and carry? Thanks!

Everything you ever wanted to know about purveyors in the Twin Cities: http://www.hospitalitymn.com/abg_cat.asp?mc=6 I'm not sure which ones will operate on a cash basis. For meat and produce from one supplier, try Stockyards Meat Packing Co. ; they usually have good product.

Sorry, Greg, I forgot you were there, too.

Ask Kuan and Greg. If anyone will know, it's they.

I'm late responding. Most purveyors will have a misc. customer invoice number for people who don't have an account. You should call the local SYSCO our US foodservice place around here and ask them. You're probably not going to get prices like you're used to getting at home.

Another option is bill-to/ship-to. Ask your rep.

For the most part, grocery stores will have much of what you need, even specialty items. How long are you going to be here?

Kuan
