| I wonder if anyone out there can help me. I have just moved to The United States, and live with my wife in Connecticut. I am a career chef, but have run into a problem. My wife does not like the hours I work, a common complaint, I'm sure. I have recently left a job at an extremely good restaurant here, and am looking to break into the world of the corporate chef. I know that parts of CT and of course, New York City have many large corporations that need chefs, but am not sure how to go about finding agencies or the corporations themselves. I also would like to continue to learn and as such am hoping to find a position in a kitchen that operates at the higher end of the executive dining market. I know that such positions exist, and would greatly appreciate any assistance in finding an agency that could help me, or a company, or even someone who is looking for employees. I live near Stamford, CT. Thank you very much for any help you can give me. It is greatly appreciated, and will help to ensure a tranquil home life! Neil neilmillersim@aol.com |
