| i've read alot about the italian organization called "slow food." but, i don't really know exactly what is involved with it. i've looked at their magazine, which is great, and know they have local chapters...but that's about all. can anybody clue me in to what slow food is all about? i'm living in italy right now and would love to talk to someone about it. thanks ------------------ eddie |
