| You need to either join a co-op, make good friends with your grocer, or combo of both. Certain items will be pantry items and are best purchased in bulk: seeds, nuts, grains and spices. Your food costs should be built into your fee. Mark Darragh On The Mark Personal Chef Services, Inc. |
