| Hello, My name is Natalie Paul. I am the account manager of Abacus Media Management, located in Montreal. Don't worry, I'm not trying to sell you anything. I am presently working on a project that requires I get feedback from professional chefs on their preference on magazines. Therefore my question is this: What are your 3 favorite chef magazines? Your response is needed for the completion of my research and would be greatly appreciated before Thursday, June 3,1999. Thank you. Sincerely, Natalie Paul |

| I have to agree with Bon Appetit or Gourmet; those would be my votes. There is a Vogue Cooking from Australia that comes out (I think quarterly) that I adore. Otherwise, I read a lot of professional rags like "Restaurant and Instituition" and "Culinary Art". |
