Default What's in your fridge?

If any of you have been following the thread under Cooking Tips - Risotto you'll have noticed a slight deviation in the topic. Somehow the subject became chef eating habits. So I pose this question to all chefs (and yes, I know it's been asked a million times). What things cant you live without in your home fridge or pantry? Beer, wine, and liquor don't count!!!!
I would never be without mustard (2-4 kinds), pickles, some kind of sausage, hot sauce, pasta, sourkraut, and cheese.

Pasta, chicken, onion, eggs, potatoes, rice, butter, fresh fruit, and some veggies. Oh, garlic too.

What's in my refrigerator is mostly staples, or shall we say mirepoix. I always have lemongrass, ginger, a myriad of mustards (I see you can relate, Pete), assorted herbs, tomatoes, a mushroom assortment, cheeses ( reggiano, goat, wisconsin white cheddar and a brie offspring.) I keep small containers of frozen stocks in the freezer to suit my whims when I make dinner at home.
And always, however not in the fridge, there is the ever-present assortment of dried mushrooms (ie: lobsters, porcinis, and black trumpets.)

Talking

Just moved...so I have milk, juice, ketchup, bbq sauce (Claim Jumper), and potatoes. My friends always think its funny that chefs eat a lot of junk at home. Geez...you cook all day...the last thing you want to do is come home and make a gourmet meal.. GIVE ME A HAMBURGER!!!!
