| Try looking into using dried chilli peppers ground. Each has a distict flavor and is very southwest. They are great for "rubs" I use three to four ground peppers for my chilli brioche, some are super spicy and others just have the most wonderful smokey accents. |

| Northernraven, try this orange juice, tequilia,garlic,cumin,cilanto,any chile of your choice,S&P,and pureed red onion.some ground coriander goes well to with marinade,the booze gives this a great flavor,i use this one with pork and chicken.Good cooking. |
