Question Gas ovens vs. electric ovens

Hi everyone, I need your help. I am purchasing a 48-inch wide commercial-grade range for my home (DCS brand). I can get it with either a gas convection oven w/infrared broiler, or an electric self-cleaning oven. Which is better and why? Thanks for your help in advance!

Thumbs up

The best oven you can buy has a gas range with an electric oven. Electric ovens are better for baking and roasting as they maintain temperature better than gas. On the other hand gas ranges are far better than electric. They not only are a better energy saver, but when you adjust the temp. it is instant. On electric you have to wait for the burner to heat up or cool down the cool down is by far the longer of the two on eletric. Hope this helps out. I know that a gas range top with electric oven is kinda pricey but it is the best.
