| I can't tell you much, but I do know the best way is to go through a hiring agency. There are agents who specialize in Cruises. Be forwarned, I've been told by several that the money is good BUT conditions are terrible, especialy if you are a woman. |

| Hey oh Odd, I have heard the same about cruise ships.... Also, when I was looking at travel packages a few weeks back, one of the agencies also had a "working holiday" package where you can "holiday" on a cruise ship by working on one. You may find some good information at the travel agencies in town. Also, have you gone to the official web sites of the cruise ship lines? http://www.google.ca/search?num=100&...G=Search&meta=

| cheers for the info- your search came up a lot better than mine did- too much junk landed when i tried. so far as the slave hours go- well ****ing used to it- at least on a ship i'll get paid a reasonable salary for all that labour. tax free- a few months stint and then a nice relaxing travel for a few months. which reminds me - is there any fine dining restaurant that actually PAYS a decent wage for chef de parties? |
