Oh, its good to be back! I had a stint in the emergency room with a lapse of health (normally healthy 35 year old chicki), plus an internet downage.... But spirits are high and I have a new one: Lobster ravioli with braised mustard greens & fennel in a cranberry garlic sauce. I threw on some fresh young oregano and a pinch of dried mustard, and it pulled it together wonderfully. I think if I would have topped with parm it would have been too much, but a potato pancake slipped under might meld the punches.

I haven't had a chance to read all that I have missed, but I'm going to get right to it! Hope all is well with all of you!

Cheers!

Hey Botanique glad to have you back. Emergency rooms and ill health are no fun, I know, but at least you came back to Lobster Raviolis! So life remains good! Stay well.
