| I'm looking for upscale variations for bundtcake. I'm needing twelve including the norm, lemon, choco+++ I'm looking more for variations then formulas. Never made them. I have plenty of pans from ba ba. Thought I'd entertain this request. TYIA |

| Utilize your extracts, lavender, orange, cinnamon.... Is this for a function or restaurant? Pastis or Rum works as well. Stay away from poppyseed, pineapple or choc chip if you want upsacale ;-) (although, don't get me wrong, its ALL good!). Rose water with a hint of vanilla, orange with a hint of clove (of course the rind plus some juice). To me, bundts are like a solution -- the batter is the solvent, the aromatic constituents are solute. If you want more, let me know! Have fun! ![]()
