Default Buttercream Blues

Does anyone have experience decorating cakes in Florida? I am new to Florida and am having trouble with the buttercream sweating. Is there a recipe or product that works well in high humidity?

Morty also posted this question in the Welcome Forum. I moved it from there to the Baking questions forum. Please respond there so we don't have bits of the discussion sprinkled around the board.

Morty, best to post your question once, in the best forum for it. Keep 'em coming! I hope you get your answer. I'm sure others will want to know, too.
