| Just looking for recomendations on a good book for learning more about figuring food cost and menu planning. Being a self taught, I really am finding I need a good reference book or two to refer to for this. Any recomendations? Thanks ahead of time.

| Check out the resources on restaurantowner.com. Something there may be of help. Do you use the book of yields for costing? Good luck. |
