Thought I'd pass this along to all my good friends here. Afterall, it's not everyday that you make the FRONT PAGE of a major national newspaper!

America can not run to the border.

America is not a country.
America is a continent.

C'mon... the guy deserves some kudos, not a geography lesson. Be nice!

Don't blame him, he didn't write the article. Would you have been happier if it had said something like "North America runs to the Mexican border"?
Anyway Eric,
Nice article you look a lot like Samuel Alito!
It's been awhile since I lived in the DC area, but it doesn't surprise me at all how sucessful the cuisine has been there. They do like their restaurants and culture

I am so ready for the next generation of Mexican restaurants. I stopped eating at "Mexican" restaurants 12 years ago. You know the type which serves taco "meat" dripping with orange grease.

Probably not, considering that Mexico is part of North America. Once you start trying to be geographically correct . . . .

Not to be offensive but there's a concept called a "metaphor."

"America running to the border" was not meant literally. So when you dispute the surface definition of the language you lose sight of the underlying meaning.
