 Recipe Idea I was working on a Duck Confit Ravioli with black trumpet mushrooms and i was trying to come up with some ideas for the sauce to go with it. Some Ideas i have been tossing around Quince Cream Sauce Calvados Sauce Almond Cream Sauce I wanted to know if anyone had any other ideas i am looking for something kind of unusual  |
