I guess wanting to become a chef has always been in the blood cause ive been cooking and baking since i was really young (i dont even remember how young) and i have a lot of family members on my dads side of the family that are chefs in the east coast of canada. but it was between a chef and a musician and well seeing as i am here today i would say i went down the road of cooking. ive been an apprentice since the end of grade 12 and that was two years ago and currently im going to Niagara College for my first year term. |
