Default Truffles...

Question about finding a small amount to try them.

I know that a lot of you have probably had the pleasure, but some of us truffle virgin types haven't had an opportunity or the resources.

I've seen truffle oil in specialty shops, but I would really like to know what they are all about without the infusion, and don't know of any suppliers for a small amount to try them. We're just outside of Las Vegas.

Any ideas?

Thanks
April
