| Dear ChefTalk friends, I am currently a student at the University of Michigan and am working on an assignment for a career explorations class. We have to explore certain careers and find out answers to some questions about the career of our choice. This was posted in the worlcome forum where we introduce ourselves. It'll get more attention in a chefs' forum.
