Hi all.
Hope things are going well.



I have joined this forum for a specific reason. I currently run a successful restaurant in Padstow called the Estuary http://www.theestuaryrestaurant.co.uk and have done for some time.
Recently I have established a new restaurant in Polperro Cornwall - renting space from a local and successful hotel.
We have invested time and effort into the marketing and relationship management side of the restaurant business and have taken a good number of bookings. HOWEVER, it is not viable for us to run without a reliable and committed chef, and we are in need of contacting a local chef interested in taking on ownership of the restaurant now all the hard set up work has been done.

This is going out in the Cornish guardian tomorrow.
