Default Pt time person needed in Seattle

Hey,
I work in a small Cooking School, and retail outlet (kitchen stuff) in Seattle.
We are looking for a part time knowledgeable person to help organize, host, advise, and sell during our classes. We have Celebrty Chefs from local Seattle restaurants, Ethnic classes; Thai, Indonesian, Indian, Sushi, baking series, basics series, Vietnamese, Old World Strudel, BBQ,Breads, Pizza...you name it, we offer it! Bonus...the tasting!
But, we need one more person, so everybody can have a "real life".
Person must be flexible, have excellent communication skills, be interested in food, and be a good work mate! This position would be nights, and occasional week ends. We want some one who really wants to work with other Foodies! It's a fun place to work, and we all work part time, and are very flexible...(need a month off to go to France?) kinda place. No worries! Go for it! It's our culture here. I went to The Galapagos and Peru over the Xmas holidays last year...now that's unheard of in retail! Of course, in January, I had to hold down the fort while everyone else flew to sunny beaches...but, that works for us.
So, if you think you might be that flexible, crazy, fun person...let's talk.
Lyne

If you were in the market for a crew, and I mean an entire kitchen crew including a chef with decades of experience, the sous, first and second cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, the entire package, turn key, ready to come in and start making you money hand over fist, I could help you.

Anyone else looking to staff thier operation in the south Puget Sound area can PM me.

We go together or we don't go.
