| Just found this product which looks like caviar, smells like caviar kind of has a similar taste, much crisper though and doesnt leach its colour on the plate. Made from black sampire (seaweed). Very funky and veggies can eat it to. Summer isles foods ullapool ross-shire scotland 01 349 860 602 I could also do with some help. I recently started my own web forum for Uk chefs, but they dont seem to really understand the idea. if anyone gets a chance please log on and start some threads. chefsworld.net Thanks a mill |
