Ingredients:
Lots of specialised equipment.
Food technologists
Confectioners.
Optional: A background in confectionary or food tech.

Recipe:
Take yourself along to a university or college and speak to someone who deals in food tech. You need specialised advice and guidance to start sourcing local equipment, ingredients and assistance. You are very ambitious starting to search on the web - its a good starting point but you need to get a full understanding of what you want to undertake and I believe this will require more than just posting here and reading a few replies.
Good luck!!
