Default Looking for Reputable Fresh Seafood Supplier

Hello All,
I'm involved with the opening of a new Restaurant in Little Rock, AR and have been given the task of locating Fresh Seafood Suppliers.

Could you please recommend reputable suppliers that will Fed Ex or Air Ship the product to Little Rock.

Thanks in advance!

John

honolulu fish company, little expensive but realy realy good fish, the company got recognition for packing style. the boxes have reflective hollograms all over it, so the box wont ever get hot and it doesnt. inside it is lined with an inche or maybe a little more of stirafoam, then packing peanuts and a lot of rock solid ice packs they have a ratio of ice packs to pounds of fish i forget what it is but they are great.

also check out foley fish out of the boston these companies are very good. ive never had a bad experience with either of them.

hope that helps
