Default Equipment problem

Hello everybody,
Would you be kind to assist the following matter?
We are currently in process of choosing kitchen equipment manufacturer. Could therefore suggest which of the following is regarded as the best one: Berto’s (SPA), Polaris, Olis or Angelo Po – all of them Italian.

Thank you very much in advance

George Angelov

I don't really think there's a difference between the various manufacturers, but the issue will be with a reliable retailer, and with the factory representitive.

These are not the same, a sales rep can not have a retail outlet, and is skewed toward the customer, not the retailer. A good rep can suggest you a fair price, help you understand the tarifs and taxes, and, most importantly, get you warranty service, should you need it. Usually the factory rep is listed on the manufacturer's website

I don't necessarilly think that you should stick with just one manufacturer as each have areas where they shine. The main things to look for, as stated, are relationships with a rep and/or dealer. You also should look into warrenties from each manufacturer and if you are really serious about choosing the "right" one. Contact a rep/dealer or the manufacturer and they will offer a demo and tour for you. Even if they are in Italy and you in the states, they will have either a rep close to you or an international rep that wil cater to your wishes. I work for a manufacturer as the Corporate Chef and I get shipped all over the world for demos and consultations. Make them work for your businesss and always look for reviews. Check out the Fischer Nickel website for equipment comparisons, cooktimes and the like. They are nonbias and provide a lot of helpful info about the products.
