| I have one small questions for all Pro. cooks and that is ! For my F & B diploma I need to do food parameters for a menu but I have old books from school for food parameters but I am wondering if is any program on internet for download or if anyone have this program to send me on my mail :boris682003@gmail.com Or anyone have maybe better solution . tanxs boris

| An inexpensive program that will give you the nutritional information of a recipe (and a whole lot more) is Master Cook. It's widely available, including on Amazon. |
