 What and Where?!!! Panini Breads What and where can I get good panini breads?I'm in Socal Cerritos area..Can someone PLEASE lead me to a good bakery here I can start ordering from,Thanks in advance!

| Chefp, I use Borealis Bread out of Wells, Maine, but that won't help you one bit  It's an artisan sourdough bread that holds up very well and tastes great. They have flavors like Calamata Olive, Rosemary, Cranberry Apple, Portuguese Corn I would think that any dense bread would do well. Just don't use any airy white breads.... |

| I think a friend of mine just bought a bakery, how much bread do you typically purchase? They could probably handle any volume, but the answer would be helpful for wholesale. |
