| Whole Foods carries a super Canadian cracker....raincoast crisps is the trade name which retail for $9 for 6oz. They are impressive. As far as I can discern the cracker appears to be double baked, shaped in a loaf then thinnly sliced and baked again. They have dried fruits, nuts, herbs in a squarish shape. Anyone had experience with making crackers with buttermilk, flour, baking soda, sugar, honey then all the addins? |
