Does any one know where can I find a video about this kind of dish?

Why a video? I have to agree with Kuan, it would bore the heck out of you. Get yourself a good cookbook with a recipe for the soup, and use cheese bread for the croutons. The rest is presentation.

My apologies if I sounded angry, just seems so rudimentary to me.

Id hate to say it, and Id really hate to say it. It would probly sell very well. It hurts egos to do it in the first place. BUZZ WORDS. Pizza. Hamburgers. anything with cheese on it. It sucks, I know but it pays the bills. you have to have a couple of buzz word items on the menu for the rubes. The rubes are the people that order stupid stuff like this and then go and blow 50 to a 100 dollers on wine or drinks. The waiters know. They come back slinking to the kitchen and ask for the easy to do classics and if the chef has a big ego they will get denied with hate and disdain. Just suck it up and do it. Put a twist on it though to teach the rubes about the value of eating something better, Or dont because they will probly not know the difference. Its up to you.

As I told you in another thread, Google is your friend. Did you try a search for such a video?

Go to google.

Type "broccoli soup video" in the little box; hit the enter key or click on search. You will find the results you are looking for.

Kind regards,

Shel
