Default Need advice please

I am currently working in a catering kitchen, and I feel I have to move on. I have no fine dinning experiance and I have aplied to a couple places, right now I seem to have two chefs intrested in me coming to work with them. One chef has come here from England and has worked in micheline stared restaurants, the other has his own reaturant and is looking to possibly expand. Neither one is willing to pay me what I'm getting paid now, never mind any benefits that i have from the institution that I work at. But the main thing is I am not learing, or being very proud of what i'm serving now. Someone plese shed some light on the dillema of mine.
Thanks

Welcome to Chef Talk, Kitchensoul.

I'm moving your query to a forum that's a better fit for it. Good luck in your quest!

You're going to realize that a majority of the time...you have to make some sacrifices to get the best training.
