check the hotels on st john and on st Thomas i have been to st john in the USVI wonderfull beaches and great citrius, but also remember you are going to pay out the *** for your daily expence for living in a place like that.

good luck i have thought about the USVI proobly st john and trying to get a job there for a year or 2 at a resort and then come back to reality and work back here at home

Well i have always loved cooking with citrus and things with that taste or texture and would love to get a little more expereince in that area.

I was thinking Key West but your right i would be paying out of my butt for rent down there. I dont know i have to think this over. So please keep the ideas comming!

Some places provide housing, maybe check out resorts and things down there, my guess would be the bigger the properties the more of a chance they would have employee housing, especialy for extern's.
