 Futher training Good day all. Hope the snow storm didn't make last night boring for everyone (15 people came in last night grrr) Any ways I'm going to be taking the red seal test soon. I just need to go and book a time to do it. Now I found this new program at Humber College http://postsecondary.humber.ca/chef_jc.htm To take it you need to have had a red seal for at lest one year. So it's not something I'd be doing for at least a year but I was wondering what you all think of the course outline. Does it look good or should I look for something ellse if I'm looking for extra part time training?      |
