Confused Any information at all

I am an executive or "creative" chef in a small catering company I am very interested in becoming certified as an organic natural food chef if that is possible. I am not quite sure how i would go about doing that

Any information any one may have is extremely welcomed!

Contact the USDA

"The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) requires that certified organic restaurants maintain a log of certificates that prove their vendors are certified organic. These records are inspected annually by USDA officials."
