Default Knife Sharpening in Kauai

Does anyone know where pro cooks get their knives sharpened anywhere in Kauai? I'm aware of services on Maui and Oahu, and I've heard that the students at KCC sharpen their own. But I'd like to have some family knives sharpened by a professional without having to ship them off the island.
Much appreciated!

Its not hard to shapen your self, theres some great books out there. If you look at the cutlery forum over on foodie forums you could find out more.
You might try yellow pages to look for sharpening service. Also usualy kitchen stores that sells knives will have places that could sharpen. Im not sure how that works though with islands.
