| What do you think about food trends.... What are the trends that you see right now, and what do you think of them? What do you think will be the next trend(s) to emerge, and what were the most stupid ones from the past? |

| Stacking was stupid. Hmmmm...I think tea is still going strong. We'll see it mainstream with tea smoked (whatever)...., more herb infusions, still Asian noodles maybe more fusion with loads of veg., Artisan cheeses are more available. Local foods are becoming an attraction here.....outdoor grills set up to cook just local foods. |
