Default t minus two week`s and counting

my gaffer is loading on the over time,i`ve hed today off and just crashed all day.

i`m going to cook boudin blanc with briased cabage creamed onions and mustard sauce for our lass tomorrow.

we had a menu change last week, and it will be my last at bibendum ,chef asked if there was any thing i would like to put on it before i go.i was touched by this and suggested a few of my favourites "calves kidney`s with chorizo, tomato and basil", "saute scollap`s provencal"and "calves brains with sauce ravigote, cucmber and chervil".

we also put on" cote de beouf grille ,suace bearnaise" for two which is wicked and is selling very well, and a lovely salad of anchovies, olives and fine beans.

after cooking at bibendum for the last four year`s,i`ve seen loads of fantastic dishes, had some wicked fun,met some great chef`s ,cooked for bucket loads of celebrities, and lost some skin .

its` also where i met laura who i`m getting married to in september .

i`m looking foward to some time off and life with laura, and getting to know vancouver better.

any one want to hire me lol

Default Good luck

Vancouver is wonderful. i've only ever been there on holiday, but it's a breath of fresh air and the people are so friendly. Big on seafood and Asian cuisine. It's such a positive place.

Good luck!

Plum.

Default Good luck in Vancouver.

We go through Vancouver to go skiing at Whistler. Keep posted as to where you are working. I may stop in for a meal on the way.
