Hi fellow chefs
Please excuse me if I chose the wrong fonts or other doo dads. I just started this online chatting yesterday. I have a new job as executive chef for a health system in the bay area of California. I'm wondering if there are any other chefs out there with similar work? I would love any tips from anyone interested in therapeutic cooking for people with specific illnesses. Thanks, Alison

Contact the people at Bauman College in Berkeley, phone 800.987.7530, website is baumancollege.org for more info..

They have a program for Natural Chef certification, and deal with preparing meals for people with food related allergies/challenges, medical release patients, etc..

Maybe then can help, or at least provide you with some good books to look at.
