Boulud and Eric Ripert

Alain Ducasse is a French chef renowned for his
Michelin-starred restaurants-Le Louis SV in Monte
Carlo and Restaurant Plaza Athenee in Paris. His new
Alain Ducasse in New York, received a four star
outstanding review in The New York Times, Mobil Travel
Guide's 2002 Five-Star award, James Beard Foundation's
Best New Restaurant of 2000 award, New York Magazine's
Where to Eat in 2002, and is one of Condé Nast
Traveler's 100 Hot Tables. Christian Delouvrier is the
chef at Lespinasse, whose signature style combines
classic French technique with the culinary tradition
of southwest France. Eric Ripert is executive chef at
Le Bernadin. Daniel Boulud is the owner and chef of
Daniel and Boulud. He is co-owner of Feast & Fetes,
the catering division of Daniel.
