| Here in Arizona independent restaurant have joined together to help save a dieing breed. About 100 restaurant are members and we combine our buying power to get lower prices. Something had it be done in order for independents to keep up with big corp. places. We have saved thousands of dollars already in the first two quarters. I was wondering if there were groups like this anywhere else?

| I believe there is here in Milwaukee. Sandy D'Amato (Sanford, Coquette Cafe)hosted some type of national meeting of independents, which I heard was well-attended and a big success.
