| I am currently enrolled in a culinary program and I've looked everywhere for the history of ice carving. I really enjoy this art and I was wondering if anyone could help me find more information on this art. I would appreciate all the information that you can send. Thank you for your time to help me. |

| If you are seriously interested in ice carving contact the National Ice Carving Association (NICA). I m a member and they offer great info on upcoming events and info. They have a web site but I don't remember it. Another place to look is books, your local library might have some ice carving books I know most "big city" area libraries have them. The best for a beginner like yourself is Ice Carving Made Easy. You can purchase them of the web at Amazon.com. I this helps. Remember practice makes perfect and yopu have to practice a lot. Happy Carving!! |
