I agree 100% Jim. A couple rules I always used to follow were very simple but very helpful, they are the following:

1) Don't ever touch anyone else for any reason.

2) When in doubt, don't.

Those three items you mentioned, Nicko, sum up my entire 3 days of training I had on sexual harassment. I can add one other item... It is not whether you did or didn't, it is whether it APPEARS you did.
