Yum...sounds good MBrown.

I also like the champagne glass idea; always looks festive. Individual tiramisus or charlottes with their smooth, silky fillings. But anything that is sensual or seductive is a New Year's must. (In my everso humble opinion...)

I've always favored Poached Pears for a light dessert. How about stuffing them with a White Chocolate Ricotta Mousse? With Chambord or plain Raspberry sauce.

I'm a little late to the discussion but I wanted to post an idea on the champain glass front:

Spiked strawberries with sabayon. Strawberries are marinated for several hours in OJ (add sugar if necessary), a splash of balsalmic vinigar and tequila.

BTW: I think after reading this Im doing chocolate mousse in champ. glasses with cream and tuxedo strawberries. Thanx
