Fascinating article Eddie. Never imagined there was so much to know about balsamic vinegar.

For film buff, you can find on this website a list of 110 food movies. The author even provides menu suggestion for each film.

Eddie, that was a well written article. I love an old balsamic vinegar! Nothing like it...
