Fascinating article Eddie. Never imagined there was so much to know about balsamic vinegar.

For film buff, you can find on this website a list of 110 food movies. The author even provides menu suggestion for each film.

hi all

in addition to the balsamic vinegar article, i've also now published a photo-essay about food markets on this website.

the website isn't mine, it's run by a woman in the san francisco area who does a great job with this user-friendly low-fi website.

go check it out!
