Oh God, I hope he doesn't follow! Actually we haven't heard from him in a very long time. I figure if he does return it won't be under the same name.

Chicago....I'm embarrassed to say I haven't eaten anywhere exciting in a very long time. My spouse is a plain meat and potato kind of guy.

Downtown is a nightmare right now...we have a hotel that's old and it's brick fascade is falling, so we have all the streets around the whole block closed off to cars and people walking, right on the mile. One of my freinds ate at TRU for her b-day....said it was wonderful, but after three hours of dining she was still hungry when they left.?*

If you know the Schaumburg area around woodfield at all...they have alot happening in that area. Shaws, Joes Crab Shack, Big Bowl, Mortons steak house, Maggianos and countless other restuarants are happening there! As I understand some of those "better restaurants" average 3 week waiting lists!


The trend is... opening satalite restaurants in the burbs!
