Lightbulb butchering.... i need help... again

hello all. i am now in the butcher shop at the hotel and i love it so much. i was curious if anyone knows of any good books on butchering that will show step by step pics of butchering. i do have the meat buyers guide, which is good but not to helpfull in the technque area.
